ASSESSMENT TRACKING FOR YOUR SCHOOL
Over the last two years we have helped many primary schools to set up RM Integris as their Assessment Tracking solution.
Each school is different and so, with our help, you could set up an Assessment Tracking system within your MIS to track in the way that suits you. RM Integris is an extremely flexible system that doesn’t tie you to one way of tracking assessment data.DESIGN
We will visit your school and discuss the assessment tracking that you want – giving advice and ideas gained from other schools as required.
IMPLEMENTATION
We will create your assessment system within your MIS (RM Integris or SIMS)
SUPPORT
We will train you and your staff on how to use the system for entering and analysing your data.
REPORTING
We will provide a suite of analysis reports for you to use with School Leaders and your Governors.
Why Use Your MIS?
You may be subscribed to both your MIS (RM Integris, SIMS etc) as well as a tracking system such as Target Tracker or O-Track.
But do you need to be paying for both? Do you need both systems? In reality you do need your MIS system – but it could be much better and cheaper for your school to track assessment data within your Integris system. By using just your MIS you not only reduce your software subscription costs, you also do away with the need to keep your student data up-to-date in two places.How much will this cost?
The exact cost will depend on the scale of your system but we can assure you that a tracking solution can be provided for a one-off charge which will be less than the current annual cost that the school pays for a separate assessment tracking system.
After the system is set up you can continue to use it without any further cost, or you can opt in to additional support at a much rediced rate.
